St. Veronica was the woman who offered Jesus her veil to wipe the blood and sweat from His face on the way to Calvary. When Jesus returned her veil, the image of his face was left on it (known as the Shroud of Turin) The white beads represent her veil with accents of red and brown to represent the blood & dirt on Jesus’ face.
